The map I created this week highlights the population change in Georgia from 2010 to 2014. I chose to create 5 classifications and used quantiles as my classification method. I chose 5 classifications because it helped to distinguish areas with some growth and areas with a large amount of growth. I believe this created a more even looking distribution, and also was able to highlight the regions of Georgia that are growing the most. In addition, There are set at 4 break points: -3, -1, 1, and 3. These breakpoints define the quantiles.
